Shipping Policy
At The Candy Vault, we want your sweet treats to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Please read through our shipping information before placing your order.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, with both Standard and Express Shipping options available at checkout.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email letting you know we've received it.
Order Processing
We aim to have all orders packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
During busy periods, new releases, sales or public holidays, processing may take a little longer. We'll always do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Please remember that processing time and delivery time are separate. Delivery time begins once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post.
Tracking Your Order
Once your Candy Vault order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number.
If you can't find the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is outside The Candy Vault's direct control. Delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, high parcel volumes, weather events, transport disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at thecandyvault@outlook.com and we'll do our best to help.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. Additional postage charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
Hot Weather Shipping
Australia gets HOT, and unfortunately lollies and chocolate don't always love the heat!
Some confectionery can melt, soften or become sticky when exposed to warm temperatures. We strongly recommend choosing Express Shipping during warmer weather, particularly when ordering chocolate or other heat-sensitive products.
We take care when packing your order, but once your parcel leaves The Candy Vault, we cannot control the temperatures it may be exposed to during transport, delivery or while waiting at your delivery address.
Heat-sensitive products are ordered at the customer's discretion. Express Shipping reduces transit time but does not guarantee against melting or heat damage.
Where possible, we recommend having your parcel delivered somewhere it can be collected promptly rather than being left outside in the heat.

Allergen Information – Pick & Mix Lollies
Our Pick & Mix lollies are repackaged in an environment where products containing wheat, gluten, milk, dairy, eggs, soy, barley, peanuts and tree nuts are also handled.
While we take care when preparing and packing every order, due to the nature of Pick & Mix confectionery, cross-contact may occur. We therefore cannot guarantee that our repackaged products are completely free from these allergens.
